HER STORY

MERCY’S PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY

The Architect of Growth

Mercy Oseko serves as Corporate Commercial Counsel at Adam Soliman Law Corporation. She is the structural engineer behind our clients’ business success. While the litigation team manages disputes, Mercy designs the frameworks that allow businesses to scale, merge, and secure capital.

She embodies the firm’s proactive philosophy by conducting rigorous due diligence that identifies risks before they become liabilities. She does not just “paper the deal”, she architects transactions to ensure long-term commercial viability and legal protection. Her work empowers clients to pursue growth with confidence, knowing their foundations are secure.

High-Stakes Transactions

Mercy brings significant transactional experience to the firm, having led and managed high-value files for financial institutions, private lenders, and corporate entities. Her portfolio spans financing transactions ranging from $150 thousand to $50 million, each structured to safeguard clients’ interests and enable growth.

She has a proven track record in complex acquisitions, highlighted by the successful $10 million purchase of a ground-handling company and the acquisition of a 14-location real estate franchise operation. From facilitating construction loans for major developments to steering multi-subsidiary corporate buyouts, Mercy ensures the deal crosses the finish line efficiently.

Commercial Real Estate & Lending

Apart from corporate structuring, Mercy is a recognized specialist in secured lending and commercial real estate. She represents both lenders and borrowers, ensuring that security interests are airtight and transactions are strategically protected. Her experience spans complex property transactions, from the acquisition of multi‑unit residential buildings to the negotiation of high‑value commercial leases. Mercy delivers the legal certainty developers and investors need to advance projects and pursue opportunities with confidence.

Global Perspective

Mercy’s legal acumen is strengthened by her international background. Before practicing in British Columbia, she trained with Dentons—the world’s largest law firm—in Nairobi, Kenya.
