HER STORY
MERCY’S PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY
The Architect of Growth
Mercy Oseko serves as a Corporate Commercial lawyer at Adam Soliman Law Corporation, where she functions as the support of her clients’ business success. While the firm’s litigation team resolves disputes, Mercy operates at the transactional forefront, enabling businesses to scale, merge, and secure capital with confidence.
Mercy embodies the firm’s proactive philosophy. Through rigorous due diligence, she identifies and mitigates risk before it becomes liability. Her approach goes well beyond documenting agreements: she structures transactions to maximize long-term commercial viability and ensure robust legal protection at every stage of a deal. Clients working with Mercy are empowered to pursue growth knowing their legal and commercial foundations are built to last.
Mergers & Acquisitions | Real Estate & Lending
Mercy brings deep transactional experience to the firm, having led and supported high-value matters for financial institutions, private lenders, and corporate entities. Her work spans the full spectrum of commercial activity, from facilitating financing for businesses and individual borrowers to stewarding complex, multi-subsidiary corporate acquisitions from negotiation through to closing. She is involved in residential and commercial real estate transactions and she also advises corporations navigating shareholders and corporate disputes, helping stakeholders negotiate favourable terms and reach durable settlements.
Global Perspective
Mercy’s legal acumen is further distinguished by her international background. Prior to practicing in British Columbia, she trained at Dentons in Nairobi, Kenya, one of the world’s leading global law firms. That foundation in institutional-grade corporate law instilled the sophisticated, detail-oriented approach she brings to every client engagement at Adam Soliman Law Corporation.
