Adam Soliman
As the Founder and Principal Lawyer of Adam Soliman Law Corporation, Adam has built a practice defined by strategic precision and relentless advocacy. His goal was to establish a firm that offers the sophisticated capabilities of a large practice while maintaining the accessibility and genuine duty of care found in a personal advisor. Adam approaches every file with a deep awareness of the client’s business objectives and personal expectations.
Suzanne Solsona serves as Head of Legal at Adam Soliman Law Corporation. In this executive leadership role, she directs the firm’s legal operations, oversees a team of associate lawyers, and drives the consistent implementation of the firm’s rigorous standards across both litigation and solicitor files. Suzanne acts as the tactical commander of the department: while Principal Lawyer Adam Soliman defines the high-level strategy, she ensures its effective execution on every file.
Robyn Raymond represents the sharp edge of the litigation department at Adam Soliman Law Corporation. With nearly a decade of experience appearing in both the British Columbia Provincial and Supreme Courts, Robyn is one of the firm’s leading advocates for contested matters. She specializes in files that require a commanding presence in the courtroom and a resoluteness at the negotiating table.
Mercy Oseko serves as Corporate Commercial Counsel at Adam Soliman Law Corporation. She is the structural engineer behind our clients’ business success. While the litigation team manages disputes, Mercy designs the frameworks that allow businesses to scale, merge, and secure capital.
